摘要 通过分析心智模式的四个阶段,探究心智成长的过程,同时分析情绪产生和情绪管理的具体方法,提出心智成长与情绪管理是大学生自我心理管理的重点和难点,扩张或改变主观认知意愿的增强和能力的提升是关键所在,总结有效情绪管理的具体内容:倾听情绪,用情绪守护边界;尊重自己和他人边界;利用有效沟通,解除情绪;对自己由认识引起的情绪负责;懂得与不尊重自己边界的人相处,而且,心智成长与情绪管理需要大学生持续地在日常生活和学习中不断扩张或改变自己的主观认知。 Through analysis of the four stages of mental model,this paper explores the process of mental growth and discusses the specific methods of emotional management.The paper also proposes that mental growth and emotional management are the focuses and difficulty to be dealt with by college students in their psychological management and the key lies in the expansion or augmentation of changing one’s subjective cognition and enhancement of one’s ability.The paper summarizes the specific methods for emotional management as:listen to emotion,guard the boundary with emotion;respect your own boundaries as well as others’;relieve emotions by means of effective communication;assume the responsibility for your own cognition-induced emotions;know how to get along with people who do not respect our boundaries.Moreover,mental growth and emotional moderation require college students to continuously expand or change their subjective cognitions in daily life and study.
