瑞典成人教育的发展与现状研究

Research on the Development and Current Situation of Adult Education in Sweden

摘要 瑞典的成人教育具有悠久的历史,当前瑞典的成人教育越来越朝着更具个性化的方向发展。对瑞典的正式的MAE(Municipal Adult Education)和非正式的FHS(Folk high schools)这两大类成人教育模式进行对比分析,成人教育成为成人学习者构建自我价值的一种非常有效的方式,通过与他人的合作与沟通让个人重新感受到为社会所尊重,并积极融入社会,为社会发展做出应有的贡献。成人教育为成人学习者提供了一个有效的学习发展平台,在这里,个人可以通过不断学习和自身努力来获得由于失业、不稳定的就业或学业失败中丢掉的自尊心和自信心。 Sweden’s adult education has a long history,and the current adult education in Sweden is more and more personalized.Through comparing Sweden’s formal mode MAE(Municipal Adult Education)and the informal mode FHS(Folk high schools),this paper analyzes the two categories of adult education.Adult education has become a very effective way for learners to construct self value.Through cooperation and communication with others,individuals feel respected in the society,and actively participate social development and make due contributions.Adult education provides an effective learning development platform for adult learners,where,by continuous learning and self-efforts individuals can gain self-esteem and self-confidence that were lost due to unemployment,unstable employment or academic failure.
