摘要
2020年春,受新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的影响,各高中学校纷纷通过线上教学方式进行教学活动。线上居家学习给教师的教和学生的学都带来了新的挑战和冲击,教师的心理焦虑问题、师生互动不够充分的问题、教学管理不到位的问题以及评价机制有待健全等问题凸显。为保障线上教育教学工作的有序开展,确保原有教育目标如期实现,需要教育智库服务部门、学校管理者、一线教师、学生及家长多方配合,共同推动线上教学质量的提升。
In the spring of 2020,under the influence of Covid-19,online lessons have become a common practice among high schools.Online learning at home poses enormous challenges both to the teachers(teaching)and students(learning).From online teaching arise such problems as teachers’psychological anxieties,insufficiency of interactions between teachers and students,lack of class management and incomplete teaching evaluation mechanism,etc.In order to guarantee the orderly implementation of online lessons and duly realization of the expected goals,relevant parties such as education think-tank organizations,school administrations,students and parents need make concerted coordination in order to improve the quality of online lesson teaching.
