摘要
为探寻氮肥和钾肥不同施用量对莴苣产量、品质,以及氮肥和钾肥互作对莴苣生长的影响,以期筛选出莴苣优质生产的最佳施氮量和施钾量,分别设置了不同氮肥用量和钾肥用量处理,氮肥设6个水平,钾肥设2个处理。结果表明:适宜的氮肥和钾肥用量能明显改善莴苣品质,提高肥料利用率。氮肥对莴苣植株生长影响大于钾肥,在施氮量为30 kg/667 m 2时植株产量较高,施氮量为24 kg/667 m 2时的品质较好,且氮肥农学效率最高。施氮量相同时,不同钾肥对莴苣产量影响不显著,低钾水平下莴苣品质较好,硝酸盐含量较低。综合分析氮肥和钾肥不同用量对莴苣产量、品质及经济效益的影响,建议莴苣适宜施肥配方为:施氮量24~30 kg/667 m 2+施钾量20 kg/667 m 2。
In order to explore the effects of different application rates of nitrogen fertilizer and potassium fertilizer on lettuce yield and quality,and the effects of nitrogen and potassium interaction on lettuce growth,select the optimum nitrogen and potassium application amount for lettuce production,different N and K treatments were set up in the experiment,with 6 levels of N and 2 treatments of K.The results showed that suitable nitrogen fertilizer and potassium fertilizer could improve the quality of lettuce,the utilization rate of fertilizer.The effect of nitrogen fertilizer on the growth of lettuce plants was greater than that of potassium fertilizer,and the yield was higher when nitrogen application was 30 kg/667 m 2.The quality was better,and the nitrogen application efficiency was the highest when the nitrogen application was 24 kg/667 m 2.The effect of different potassium fertilizer on the yield of lettuce was not significant,and the quality of lettuce was better.The content of nitrate was lower at low potassium level.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the effects of different nitrogen and potassium application on the yield,quality and economic benefit of lettuce.It was suggested that the suitable fertilizer formula for lettuce was nitrogen application amount of 24~30 kg/667 m 2+potassium application amount of 20 kg/667 m 2.
