5A护理模式结合连续细致化护理在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤围术期中的应用

Application of“5A”nursing mode combined with continuous meticulous nursing in pregnant women with hysteromyoma during perioperative period

目的探讨5A护理模式结合连续细致化护理在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤围术期中的应用。方法选取2016年6月至2018年9月间陕西榆林市星元医院收治的98例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者采用常规基础护理模式,观察组患者采用5A护理模式结合连续细致化护理,比较两组患者体温转复时间(<38℃)、肛门排气时间、恶露排净时间、住院时间、术后并发症情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者体温转复时间、肛门排气时间、恶露排净时间和平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率为8.2%,低于对照组的24.5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为93.9%,高于对照组的71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者,采用5A护理模式结合连续细致化护理干预,可促进患者术后恢复,减少并发症,提高护理质量和满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of"5 A",say,appointment,arrange,accept,assemble and assemble nursing mode combined with continuous meticulous nursing in pregnant women with uterine leiomyoma during the perioperative period. Methods Ninety-eight pregnant women with hysteromyoma treated at Yulin Xingyuan Hospital from June 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 49 patients in each group. The observation group was given"5 A"nursing mode combined with continuous meticulous nursing and the control group was given routine basic nursing. Time to recovery of body temperature,anal exsufflation,end of lochial period,length of hospital stay,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Time to recovery of body temperature,anal exsufflation,end of lochial period and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). The overall incidence of complications was 8. 2% in the observation group which was significantly lower than24. 5% in the control group( P < 0. 05). The overall nursing satisfaction was 93. 9% in the observation group which was significantly higher than 71. 4% in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Application of"5 A"nursing mode combined with continuous meticulous nursing intervention can promote postoperative recovery,reduce complications,and improve nursing quality and satisfaction in pregnant women with uterine leiomyoma,and it is worthy of popularization.
