疫情背景下的临床医学研究生教学工作探讨 被引量:9

摘要 2020年,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情来袭,这对临床教学工作提出了新的挑战。面对疫情,西安交通大学第二附属医院迅速调整教学方案,积极探索符合研究生专业特点的线上教学模式,针对不同专业、不同类别、不同年级的研究生,建立分层线上教学体系。同时,因势利导,采用榜样引导、实例分享等方式开展医学人文教育,让人文精神不断内化和深化,融入医学教育的全过程,确保最大程度地保障疫情背景下的教学质量,并为今后网络化教学积累了宝贵经验。 With the attack of COVID-19 epidemic in 2020,new challenge is brought to the clinical teaching.Under this condition,we quickly adjust the teaching plans,actively explore the online teaching mode in line with the characteristics of postgraduate students,and develop a hierarchical online teaching system for postgraduate students of different majors,categories and grades.Meanwhile,based on the current situation,we carry out the medical humanities education through guidance of role model and living example sharing,so that the humanistic spirit can be constantly internalized and deepened in students'mind throughout the whole process of medical education.By applying these method,the teaching qualities will be guaranteed to the maximum extent,and the experience for future network teaching will be accumulated.
