摘要
在分析影响临床医学专业学位研究生导师带教能力因素的基础上,针对临床医学专业学位研究生导师带教现状及存在的问题,提出了提升研究生培养质量的对策和建议,以期对同行有所借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the ability of tutors in clinical medicine,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of postgraduate education in view of the current situation and existing problems of tutors in clinical medicine,in order to provide reference to the peers.
