基于“蜜蜂式”翻转课堂的医学教育改革培养模式探讨及意义

Discussion and significance of medical education reform based on"bee-style"flipped classroom

针对传统医学教育模式在培养医学人才方面存在的不足,提出在教学中引入“蜜蜂式”翻转课堂,指出该模式是以学生为课堂中心,以教师和学生之间的有效沟通为课堂基础,以学生之间的通力合作为课堂保证,从而提高课堂教学质量,培养学生的团结协作、交流沟通以及发现和解决问题的能力。

Aiming at the disadvantages of medical talents cultivation existed in traditional medical teaching mode,this paper brought"bee-style"flipped classroom in teaching,proposed that this mode focuses on students,puts efficient communication between teachers and students as the class basis,and makes students'cooperation as the guarantee of class,in order to improve the quality of class teaching,and cultivate solidarity and collaboration,communication among students as well as their abilities to find and solve problems.
