放射科轮转是非影像专业住院医师规范化培训计划中的重要组成部分,但是既往的培训存在诸多问题使得培训效果大打折扣,规培结束后学员水平参差不齐,整体阅片能力较低。因此,寻找并正视学员在放射科规培轮转期间存在的问题,总结经验教训,为培养更全面、优秀的规培学员不断摸索,砥砺前行是当前教学任务的重中之重。

Radiology rotation is an important part of standardized training program for non-imaging residents,but there are many problems in previous training,which makes the effect of training greatly reduced.After training,residents'level is uneven,and the general imaging diagnostic level is relatively low.Therefore,it's of great importance to look for and face up to problems of training in radiology,sum up our experience and lessons,and cultivate more comprehensive and excellent residents.
