摘要
为了提高医疗队伍的整体素质,我国教育部推出了住院医师规范化培训制度。随着制度的不断深入实施,规培学员缺乏临床独立思考、医学专业英语薄弱等问题逐渐凸显出来。文章结合医学留学生自身特点以及其临床实习期间存在的问题,尝试进行规培生与留学生的联合培养,运用PBL结合TBL教学法、翻转课堂等,以达到学生之间优势互补、共同进步。
In order to improve the overall quality of the medical team,the Ministry of Education has launched a standardized training system for physicians.With the continuous implementation of the training system,students'problems,such as the lack of independent clinical thinking and the weakness of medical English,have gradually emerged.This paper combines the characteristics of international medical students and the matters existed during their clinical internship,attempts to conduct joint training of medical students receiving standardized training and international students.With the use of teaching methods of PBL combined with TBL teaching method as well as flipped classroom,etc.,complementary advantages and common progress among students are achieved.
