摘要 改革开放40年以来,中国经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,其中中国民营企业为中国经济发展作出了重要贡献。随着改革开放的不断深入和中国经济与世界接轨,民营企业发展面临新的格局。正在发展中的广大中小民营企业如何实现升级和转型?如何适应国家发展方向和世界经济潮流?论文站在行业和政府的角度,聚焦中小型民营企业的人力资源进行分析研究,对我国中小民营企业的现状进行分析研究并提出解决方案。 Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in economic development,among which private enterprises have made important contributions to China's economic development.With the deepening of reform and opening up and the integration of China's economy with the world,the development of private enterprises is facing a new pattern.How to realize the upgrading and transformation of small and medium-sized private enterprises under development?How to adapt to the national development direction and the world economic trend?From the perspective of industry and government,this paper focuses on the human resources of small and medium-sized private enterprises for analysis and research,analyzes and studies the current situation of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China and proposes solutions.
