The Role of Statistical Work in Enterprise Management

统计工作是企业经营过程中的重要组成部分,企业统计工作与社会发展、经济进步有着密切联系。有部分企业的倒闭就是由于统计工作不到位,使得企业管理失衡而导致的。统计工作是利用数学思想,通过概率论与数理统计等方式对企业数据进行收集、整理、归纳并加以专业性分析,科学性地计算出企业发展数值,继而推算出未来走势趋向。论文通过对统计工作与企业管理的联系和工作特点进行阐述,简要分析统计工作在企业管理中的作用价值。

Statistical work is an important part of enterprise operation process,which is closely related to social development and economic progress.Some enterprises are closed down because the statistical work is not in place,resulting in the imbalance of enterprise management.Statistical work is to collect,sort out,summarize and analyze enterprise data by means of mathematical thought,probability theory and mathematical statistics,scientifically calculate enterprise development value,and then calculate future trend.This paper expounds the relationship between statistical work and enterprise management and the characteristics of the work,and briefly analyzes the role and value of statistical work in enterprise management.
