摘要
在事业单位的人力资源管理中,激励机制发挥着不可替代的重要作用,激励机制可以有效带动员工工作的积极性,提高员工工作效率,同时对事业单位的发展也有很大的推动作用。为了使激励机制能够在我国事业单位的人力资源管理中发挥更好的作用,论文首先分析了现阶段我国事业单位人力资源管理中激励机制存在的问题,进而提出了相应的优化措施,以期为优化我国事业单位人力资源管理工作提供相关参考。
In the human resources management of public institutions,incentive mechanism plays an irreplaceable important role.Incentive mechanism can effectively drive the enthusiasm of employees,improve their work efficiency,and also play a great role in promoting the development of public institutions.In order to make the incentive mechanism to play a better role in human resources management in China's public institutions,this paper firstly analyzes the current problems existing in the incentive mechanism in the human resources management of public institutions in our country,and then puts forward the corresponding optimization measures,so as to provide relevant reference for the optimization of human resources management work of public institutions in our country.
