论文结合企业实际,针对电机电器产品科研试验管理的相关问题,分析了电机电器产品试验中安全管理的重要性,从安全制度建设、安全教育培训、产品设计中的安全控制策略、危险源辨识及防控、遏制“三违”行为、相关方安全监管、安全设施建设、安全工作的激励约束等方面,对电机电器产品科研试验的安全管理措施进行探讨,以期提高企业安全管理水平。

Combined with the actual situation of enterprises,this paper analyzes the importance of safety management in the experiments of electric motor and appliance products in view of the related problems of the management of scientific research experiments of electric motor and appliance products.From the aspects of construction of safety system,safety education and training,safety control strategies in products design,identification and prevention and control of dangerous sources,containment of"three violations"actions,safety supervision of related parties,construction of safety facilities,incentive and restraint of safety work and so on,this paper discusses the safety management measures for scientific research experiments of electric motor and appliance products,so as to improve the safety management level of enterprises.
