工程项目管理实施中的风险管理探讨

工程项目建设具有周期长、技术要求高、工序复杂等特点,其过程中未知因素及偶然性较多且更新速度快,因而给项目工程建设提出了较高的要求。因此,项目管理可能会遇见各种不确定风险,管理部门应提高风险意识,并采取合理的风险管理方式降低风险威胁,使项目得以顺利实施。论文就工程项目管理实施中的风险管理进行研究。

The construction of project has the characteristics of long period,high technical requirement and complex working procedure.There are many unknown factors and contingency in the process and the renewal speed is fast,so it puts forward higher requirements for the construction of project.Therefore,project management may encounter various uncertain risks.Management departments should improve risk awareness and adopt reasonable risk management methods to reduce risk threats,so that the project can be carried out smoothly.This paper studies the risk management in the implementation of project management.
