摘要
2020年爆发的新型冠状病毒疫情对企业人力资源管理工作带来了巨大的影响。论文结合多年工作实践,以新型冠状病毒疫情对企业人力资源管理工作的影响入手,分析新疫情环境下企业人力资源管理所存在的问题,最后提出优化企业人力资源管理的具体对策,以此加快推进企业复工复产,提升企业人力资源管理效率。
The outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 has brought a great impact on the human resources management of enterprises.Combining with years of work practice,the paper starts with the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the human resources management of enterprises,analyzes the problems existing in the human resources management of enterprises under the new epidemic situation,and finally puts forward some concrete countermeasures for optimizing the human resources management of enterprises,so as to speed up the resumption of work and production,and enhance the efficiency of human resources management of enterprises.
