随着我国社会的不断发展,事业单位在现代社会运转与发展的过程中占据着极为重要的位置。工会思想政治工作对单位职工的日常工作发挥着重要作用,因此,相关单位及人员需要转变自身思想观念,加强思想政治工作,以此保障事业单位及内部工会的正常运转,降低事业单位发展问题出现的概率,促进相关单位及社会整体的进步与发展。论文主要对现代事业单位工会职工思想政治工作的常见问题及优化措施进行分析探究。

With the continuous development of China's society,public institutions occupy an extremely important position in the operation and development process of modern society.The ideological and political work of trade unions plays an important role in the daily work of workers.Therefore,relevant units and personnel need to change their ideas and strengthen ideological and political work,so as to ensure the normal operation of public institutions and internal trade unions,and reduce the occurrence probability of the development problems of public institutions,promote the progress and development of related units and society as a whole.The paper mainly analyzes and explores the common problems and optimization measures of the ideological and political work for workers of the trade unions in modern public institutions.
