摘要
近年来,企业竞争逐渐演变成人才的竞争。与企业需求相比,无论是员工的专业水平还是综合素质能力,都与企业的岗位需求存在不同程度的不匹配问题。此现象对于企业的可持续发展具有较大的影响。因此,从较为全面的角度掌握员工职业胜任力与企业需求的匹配情况是极为有必要的。基于此,论文一方面分析员工与岗位匹配的要素,另一方面,深入研究员工与岗位需求的匹配情况。
In recent years,enterprise competition has gradually evolved into talent competition.Compared with the enterprise demands,whether it is the professional level or comprehensive quality and ability of employees,there are different degrees of mismatching problems with the job demands of the enterprise.This phenomenon has a great impact on the sustainable development of enterprise.Therefore,it is very necessary to master the matching situation between employees'career competency and enterprise demands from a more comprehensive perspective.Based on this,on the one hand,the paper analyzes the elements of matching between employees and jobs,on the other hand,the paper deeply studies the matching situation between employees and job demands.
