重庆市中小企业创新驱动制约因素及其助推机制分析

Analysis of the Restrictive Factors and Promotion Mechanisms of Innovation-Driven of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Chongqing

创新驱动是产业转型升级的关键因素、根本途径和核心机制。基于调查研究发现,重庆市中小企业创新驱动升级主要受制于创新要素投入不足、信贷体系尚未形成、科技机制保障力度不足、公共服务能力需进一步提升等因素,论文针对性提出重庆市中小企业转型升级路径。

Innovation-driven is the key factor,fundamental path and core mechanism of industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on the investigation and research,it is found that the innovation-driven upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises in Chongqing City is mainly restricted by the insufficient input of innovation elements,the lack of credit system,the insufficient guarantee of science and technology mechanism,the need for further improvement of public service ability and so on.This paper specifically puts forward the transformation and upgrading path of small and medium-sized enterprises in Chongqing City.
