摘要
窄间隙激光焊因其独特的优点而在核电安装、石油化工等领域广泛应用。论文主要介绍了窄间隙激光焊的分类,分析了窄间隙激光焊工艺参数对熔滴过渡形式、焊缝成形、焊接接头质量的影响,并对窄间隙激光焊的未来发展进行展望。
Narrow gap laser welding is widely used in nuclear power installation,petrochemical industry and other fields because of its unique advantages.This paper mainly introduces the classification of narrow gap laser welding,analyzes the influence of process parameters of narrow gap laser welding on droplet transfer form,weld seam formation and welding joint quality,and prospects the future development of narrow gap laser welding.
