资金管理是企业内部管理的重要工作内容,对于集团化企业来讲也不例外。但是,就我国集团化企业基本的资金管理现状来看,在实际的管理工作中,还存在着一定的管理问题,需要企业制定精细化的管理方案,增加资金管理的力度,以此来提高资金管理水平。论文就集团化企业资金管理的现状和优化措施进行了分析,希望对具体的集团化企业的内部资金管理工作起到一定的借鉴作用。

Capital management is an important part of internal management of enterprises,and it is no exception for grouped enterprises.However,in view of the current situation of the basic fund management of the grouped enterprises in our country,there are still some management problems in the actual management work,so it is necessary for the enterprises to formulate a fine management plan and increase the strength of the fund management,so as to improve the fund management level.This paper analyzes the current situation and optimization measures of capital management of grouped enterprises,hoping to provide some reference for the internal capital management of specific grouped enterprises.
