摘要
有人的地方就有冲突,人际冲突是客观存在的。人际冲突既有破坏性的一面但是也要承认其有着建设性的一面。论文就企业组织中的人际冲突管理做出研究,分析人际冲突的正面以及负面影响,探究企业组织中人际冲突产生的原因,并提出了若干人际冲突管理的措施,以望能够促进企业组织的健康发展。
Where there are people,there are conflicts,and interpersonal conflicts exist objectively.Interpersonal conflict has both destructive but constructive aspects.This paper makes a study on interpersonal conflict management of enterprise organizations,analyzes the positive and negative effects of interpersonal conflicts,explores the causes of interpersonal conflicts of enterprise organizations,and puts forward some measures for interpersonal conflict management,hoping to promote the healthy development of enterprise organizations.
