摘要
建筑业快速发展的同时,建设工程项目逐年增多,为全面保障项目质量,应具体落实后勤管理工作,以此提高资源利用率,拓展企业利润空间。论文首先介绍建设工程项目后勤管理意义,然后总结式分析后勤管理工作存在人员缺失、制度不够完善、审计方式单一等问题,最后提出后勤管理的可行性方法。
With the rapid development of the construction industry,the number of construction projects is increasing year by year.In order to ensure the overall quality of the project,the logistics management should be carried out concretely,so as to improve the utilization rate of resources and expand the profit space of enterprises.This paper firstly introduces the significance of logistics management in construction projects,then summarizes and analyzes the problems of logistics management,such as lack of personnel,imperfect system and single audit method.Finally,the feasible methods of logistics management are put forward.
