病案管理是医院经营管理的重要部分,是对患者整个疾病就医过程的原始资料记录,同时也是医疗工作者的专业能力及职业素养的反映,其中包含患者所有病历信息,还涉及患者隐私,管理不善将会给医院带来巨大的损失。因此,医院应加强对病案信息管理的重视,增强管理质量,减少工作漏洞。论文简要分析医院病案信息管理中存在的问题,并提出针对性的解决对策,为相关人员提供有效参考。

Medical record management is an important part of hospital management.It is not only the original record of the whole process of patients'medical treatment,but also the reflection of the professional ability and professional quality of medical workers.It includes all the medical record information of patients,but also involves the privacy of patients.Poor management will bring huge losses to the hospital.Therefore,the hospital should strengthen the attention of the management of medical record information,enhance the management quality and reduce the work loopholes.This paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the information management of hospital medical records,and puts forward targeted solutions to provide effective reference for relevant personnel.
