摘要
公司间竞争的核心是人才的竞争,如何吸引人才、留住人才、使用人才等一系列管理人才的方法和途径则成为各行业企业人力资源需要认真思考的课题。论文从企业创建人才管理机制角度,重点阐述人才筛选、平台打造、人才激励和期望管理等观点,为企业人才管理能力塑造提供具体解决办法和措施。
The core of the competition among companies is the competition of talents.How to attract,retain and use talents has become a serious topic for human resources of enterprises in various industries.From the perspective of creating talent management mechanism,this paper mainly expounds talent selection,platform building,talent incentive and expectation management,so as to provide specific solutions and measures for the cultivation of enterprise talent management ability.
