对于任何一个企业来说,财务管理都是工作中的重中之重,企业要想安全生存并健康稳定的发展,就必须重视财务,营造健康的企业财务管理环境,最大程度上规避财务风险,充分发挥财务管理在整个企业管理中的重要作用,保证企业的各项经营活动正常有序的开展。论文围绕目前我国中小民营企业存在的财务风险以及规避方法展开了分析探讨。

For any enterprise,financial management is the most important part of the work.In order to survive safely and develop healthily and steadily,enterprises must attach importance to finance and create a healthy financial management environment,so as to avoid financial risks to the greatest extent,and give full play to the important role of financial management in the whole enterprise management,and ensure the normal and orderly development of business activities.The paper discusses the financial risk and its avoidance methods of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China.
