摘要
基于对国企财务共享服务中心绩效改进的研究,首先,阐述财务共享服务中心基本内容。然后,分析财务共享服务中心理论,包括业务流程再造理论、共享服务理论等。最后,为在财务共享服务中心下,促使国企绩效改进工作的有序进行,给出加强对客户层面的改进、加强对内部流程层面的改进、加强对学习与成长层面的改进等措施。
Based on the research of the performance improvement of state-owned enterprise financial shared service center,firstly,the basic content of financial shared service center is elaborated.Then,it analyzes the theory of financial shared service center,including business process reengineering theory,shared service theory and so on.Finally,in order to promote the orderly progress of performance improvement of state-owned enterprises under the financial shared service center,this paper puts forward some measures,such as strengthening the improvement of customer level,strengthening the improvement of internal process level,and strengthening the improvement of learning and growth level.
