摘要
当前我国核循环等涉核紧缺专业技术人才储备不足,高端领军人才稀缺,人才梯队建设滞后,人才工作面临引进和培养困难、人才队伍不够稳定等问题。论文在加强科研创新、定向培养、柔性引才、强化激励和企业文化建设等五方面提出了对策建议。
At present,there is a shortage of nuclear related professionals of China's nuclear circulation and other nuclear related issues,and the high end leading talents are scarce and the talent echelon construction lags behind.The work of talents is faced with some problems,such as the difficulty of introducing and training talents,the instability of talent team and so on.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects of strengthening scientific research innovation,directional training,flexible talent introduction,strengthening incentive and enterprise culture construction.
