Research on the Legal System of Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

就经济发展规律而言,当一个国家经济发展到一定阶段,其法律制度改革应当与经济发展同步进行,因为法律制度本身应当与经济发展相契合,这样才能够通过法律制度来保障并促进经济发展。因此,在当前的社会主义市场经济背景下,中小企业进一步发展难题的解决在很大程度上还是要依赖于法律制度的改革。对此,论文展开了深入研究。

In terms of the law of economic development,when a country's economic development reaches a certain stage,its legal system reform should be carried out simultaneously with economic development,because the legal system itself should be consistent with economic development,so that it can guarantee and promote the economic development through the legal system.Therefore,in the context of the current socialist market economy,the solution to the problem of the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises to a large extent depends on the reform of the legal system.In view of this,the paper makes an in-depth research.
