水溶纸在核电厂焊接过程中的应用与研究

摘要 焊接时需要有完善的气体保护,水溶纸的使用,可以固定放置在离焊缝极近的位置制作氩气室,提供气体保护,提高焊缝光洁度,并于焊后用水冲洗溶解。因此在无法隔离的情况下核电厂引入水溶纸,辅助完成焊接。但是水溶纸的使用不当会形成系统异物,造成管线堵塞,对核电设备的安全稳定运行带来不利影响。论文论述了水溶纸的使用环境、注意事项及控制方法,避免因水溶纸使用不当给核电系统运行造成不利影响。 Perfect gas protection is required during welding.The use of water soluble paper can be fixed in the position close to the weld to make argon chamber,provide gas protection,improve the smoothness of the weld,and wash and dissolve with water after welding.Therefore,in the case of no isolation,the nuclear power plant introduces water soluble paper to assist in the completion of welding.However,the improper use of water-soluble paper will form foreign matters in the system and cause pipeline blockage,which will have adverse effects on the safe and stable operation of nuclear power equipment.This paper discusses the use environment,precautions and control methods of water soluble paper,so as to avoid adverse effects on the operation of nuclear power system due to improper use of water soluble paper.
