大数据时代资本主义社会加速两极分化探析

On the Accelerating Polarization of Capitalism in the Era of Big Data

社会两极分化是生产力发展到一定水平前提下私有制的直接产物,生产力的发展并不意味财富的共享。在资本主义生产资料私有制条件下,两极分化必然产生。从18世纪末至今的每一次科技革命,其结果都是资本扩张与财富积累速度和规模的提升,同时也伴随贫困积累的加剧。当今世界进入以大数据、人工智能以及物联网为标志的科学技术革命时代,大数据作为一种最新与最为活跃的生产力要素,在生产关系性质没有发生根本性变化的前提下将进一步加速资本主义社会的两极分化。大数据具有海量性、全体性、相关性、开放性和共享性的新特点,决定了与之相适应的是生产资料公有制,这必然要瓦解资本主义生产资料私有制,使资本主义最终走向社会主义和共产主义。

Polarization is a direct product of private ownership when the development of productive forces reaches a certain level,while the development of productive forces does not entail the sharing of wealth.Under the condition of private ownership of capitalist means of production,capitalism is bound to polarize.Every scientific and technological revolution since the late 18 th century has resulted in the expansion of capital and an increase in the speed and scale of wealth accumulation,as well as an increase in the accumulation of poverty.Today,the world has entered an era of scientific and technological revolutions marked by big data,artificial intelligence and the Internet of Thinogs,and big data,as the latest and most active factor of productivity,will further accelerate the polarization of capitalism without fundamental chanees in the nature of production relations.The new features of big data,such as massiveness,totality,relevance,openness and sharing,determine its compatibility with public ownership of the means of production,which will inevitably dismantle private ownership of the capitalist means of production and lead capitalism to socialism and communism.
