叠层废旧轮胎隔震垫单轴受压性能及尺寸效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究叠层废旧轮胎隔震垫(STP)在不同尺寸及设计压应力下的单轴受压性能,选取3种不同尺寸的6层叠层废旧轮胎隔震垫,将其置于设计压应力为4MPa、5MPa、6MPa的条件下进行单轴受压试验。分析探究尺寸效应及设计压应力对STP的竖向极限承载力、竖向压缩刚度、名义抗压弹性模量及竖向变形性能的影响,并基于其轴压性能稳定性,确定最优尺寸及设计压应力,同时结合极限承载力试验中STP的变形、裂缝延展及其内部钢丝网破坏等内外部破损行为,综合阐明STP轴压失效机理。结果表明,不同尺寸下叠层废旧轮胎隔震垫均具有良好的竖向力学性能,竖向变形性能稳定。尺寸为140mm×140mm,设计压应力为5MPa时STP的竖向力学性能最为稳定,为叠层废旧轮胎隔震技术的推广和应用提供参考。 In order to study the uniaxial compression performance of laminated waste tire isolation mat(STP)under different sizes and design compressive stress,three different sizes of 6 laminated waste tire isolation mats are selected and placed in the design compressive stress.Uniaxial compression test is carried out under conditions of 4MPa,5MPa and 6MPa.The effect of size effect and design compressive stress on vertical ultimate bearing capacity,vertical compression stiffness,compressive elastic modulus and vertical deformation performance of STP is analyzed,and the optimal size and design based on the stability of axial compression performance is determined.The compressive stress,combined with the internal and external damage behaviors such as STP deformation,crack propagation and internal steel wire mesh failure in the ultimate bearing capacity test,the STP axial pressure failure mechanism is comprehensively clarified.The results show that the laminated waste tire isolation pads of different sizes have good vertical mechanical properties and stable vertical deformation performance.The size is 140mm×140mm,and the vertical mechanical properties of STP are the most stable when the design compressive stress is 5MPa,which provides a reference for the promotion and application of laminated waste tire isolation technology.
