江苏省13个地区水稻种子携带4种不同恶苗病菌的LAMP检测 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]水稻种子携带病原菌是水稻恶苗病的重要传播途径。本研究旨在了解当前江苏省栽培水稻品种种子携带恶苗病菌的状况。[方法]采用可分别特异性识别引起水稻恶苗病的藤仓镰孢(Fusarium fujikuroi)、层出镰孢(F.proliferatum)、拟轮枝镰孢(F.verticilliodes)和F.andiyazi的LAMP检测技术,对江苏省2017年收获的103份水稻种子携带上述4种病原菌的情况进行检测。[结果]在103份稻种样本中,有89份检测出携带水稻恶苗病菌。其中,检出率最高的是藤仓镰孢,为83.5%,层出镰孢、拟轮枝镰孢和F.andiyazi也被检测到,但检出率较低,依次为15.5%、1.9%和1.9%。[结论]江苏省水稻种子携带恶苗病菌是一种普遍现象,藤仓镰孢是江苏水稻恶苗病的优势致病菌种,其次是层出镰孢。种子带菌是上述2种病原菌所致恶苗病的重要初侵染源。 [Objectives]Rice seeds carrying pathogens is an important way of spreading rice bakanae pathogens.The research aimed to reveal the situation of seed-borne rice bakanae pathogens in Jiangsu Province,China.[Methods]The seeds of 103 rice cultivars harvested from Jiangsu Province in 2017 were analyzed by loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)assays for specific detection of four known rice bakanae pathogen species,including Fusarium fujikuroi,F.proliferatum,F.verticilliodes and F.andiyazi.[Results]Among the 103 seed samples,89 seed samples were detected with rice bakanae pathogens.The most frequent species was F.fujikuroi,representing 83.5%of the total samples tested.The detection rates of F.proliferatum,F.verticillides,and F.andiyazi were low,i.e.,15.5%,1.9%and 1.9%,respectively.[Conclusions]Rice seeds carrying rice bakanae pathogens is common in Jiangsu Province,and F.fujikuroi is the most dominant pathogen,followed by F.proliferatum.Seed-borne of the two pathogens are an important primary infection source of rice bakanae.The results of this study provide important reference value for prevention and treatment of the rice bakanae in Jiangsu Province.
