摘要
采用HS1800有机氟拒水拒油整理剂对纯棉针织物进行拒水拒油整理。设计正交试验探究浸渍时间、焙烘时间、焙烘温度、轧余率、整理剂质量浓度5个因素对整理效果的影响。通过单因素分析,探究拒水整理的最佳工艺,并测试其整理前后的耐水洗性能和服用性能。试验结果表明:浸渍时间对织物整理效果的影响最大,其次是整理剂质量浓度和焙烘温度,轧余率和焙烘时间对纯棉针织物的拒水效果影响较小。最佳整理工艺为:整理剂质量浓度13 g/L,浸渍时间13 min,轧余率70%,100℃条件下预烘3 min,150℃条件下焙烘1 min。拒水拒油整理后棉针织物的服用性能下降幅度不大,水接触角为142.03°,油接触角为137.48°。经35次水洗后,水接触角为132.83°,油接触角为127.94°,可满足穿着需要。
Water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing of cotton knitted fabrics is carried out by using HS1800 organic fluorine water-repellent oil-repellent finishing agent. The orthogonal experiment is designed to investigate the effect of five factors such as immersion time,baking time,baking temperature,rolling rate and finishing agent concentration on finishing effect. Through the single factor analysis,the optimum process of water and oil repellent finishing is explored,and the water washing performance and the taking performance before and after finishing are tested. The experimental results show that the immersion time has the greatest influence on the finishing effect of the fabric,followed by the finishing agent concentration and baking temperature. The rolling ratio and baking time have little effect on the water repellency of the pure cotton knitted fabric. The optimum finishing process is as follows: the water repellent concentration is 10 g/L,the immersion time is 13 min,the rolling residual ratio is 70%,pre-baking at 100 ℃ for 3 min,and baking at 150 ℃ for 1 min. After the water repellent finishing,the performance of the cotton knit fabric decreases little,the water contact angle is 142. 03°,the oil contact angle is137.48°,the water contact angle is 132.83° after 35 times of washing,and the oil contact angleis 127.94°,which could meet the wearing requirements.
