摘要
为满足目前化纤纺丝生产中喷丝板自动化铲板的要求,设计了一种自动化铲板机器人系统,并围绕机器人系统的设计难点,完成了铲板末端执行器的结构设计,提出了应用弹簧串并联技术实现对铲刀组件的设计方案。通过搭建应用铲板末端执行器的试验平台,模拟铲板工况,在一定参数下完成了自动化铲板试验。试验发现,该末端执行器能够有效清洁喷丝板面,为实现自动化铲板机器人系统设计提供了技术支持。
In order to meet the needs of the automatic blade of spinneret in the production of chemical fiber spinning,an automatic shovel robot system is designed,and the structure design of the shovel end-effector is completed around the design difficulties of the robot system.The shovel blade assembly for tool alignment is realized by using spring series-parallel connection technology.A test platform for the application of the end-effector is built,and the working condition of shovel is simulated.The automatic shovel test is completed under certain parameters.The test found that the structure could effectively clean the spinneret surface,which provides strong technical support for the design of the automatic shovel robot system.
