摘要
织物手感是评价纺织品和服装舒适性的重要评判指标之一。以高强锦纶与棉纤维混纺织物为对象,采用新型织物触感测试仪测试其手感,并与天丝、棉织物进行对比分析。选取挠曲力平均刚度、表面粗糙度振幅、表面摩擦因数、压缩过程中最大热导率、压缩刚度、压缩功6个指标进行分析,同时比较3种织物的平滑感、柔软感和温暖感,得出织物接触手感的综合指标。结果表明:SDL Atlas FTT M293型织物触感测试仪可以很好地将不同织物的手感区分开来;天丝织物手感综合指数最高,纯棉织物次之,锦/棉50/50混纺织物最低。
The handle of the fabric is one of the important evaluation indexes.The handle of high strength nylon/cotton blended fabric is tested by a new type of fabric touch tester while compared with Tencel and cotton fabric.Six indexes including average stiffness of bending force,amplitude surface roughness,surface friction coefficient,maximum thermal conductivity in the process of compression,compression stiffness and compression work from the data of bending,compression,heat flow,friction and roughness are analyzed.At the same time,the smoothness softness and warmness of the three kinds of fabrics are compared and the comprehensive index of handle is obtained.The results show that SDL atlas FTT M293 fabric tactility tester could distinguish different fabric tactility effectively.Tencel fabric has the highest tactility comprehensive index,followed by pure cotton fabric,and nylon/cotton 50/50 blended fabric is the lowest.
