经皮肾取石术在肾结石合并糖尿病患者中的临床研究

Clinical Study of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy in Patients with Kidney Stones and Diabetes

目的研究经皮肾取石术在肾结石合并糖尿病患者中的临床效果。方法选择该院2018年1月-2019年11月期间收治的肾结石合并糖尿病患者(n=62)为研究对象,根据抛硬币法进行1:1比例分组。对照组予以患者常规手术治疗,试验组予以患者经皮肾取石术,比较两组患者手术效果和手术临床指标。结果试验组患者手术成功率为93.5%,明显高于对照组,但试验组手术用时、术中出血量以及空腹血糖分别为(96.66±4.23)min、(336.72±38.64)mL、(7.01±1.22)mmol/L,其数据明显低于对照组,两组各项指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾结石合并糖尿病患者应用经皮肾取石术可减少手术时间,降低术中出血量,并提高手术成功率,具有显著的临床应用价值,值得大力推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with kidney stones and diabetes.Methods Patients with kidney stones and diabetes(n=62)treated in the hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the 1:1 ratio grouping was performed according to the coin toss method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery,and patients in the test group were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The surgical results and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The operation success rate of patients in the test group was 93.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group.However,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and fasting blood glucose in the test group were(96.66±4.23)min,(336.72±38.64)mL,and(7.01±1.22)mmol/L,the data was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of indicators,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with kidney stones combined with diabetes can reduce the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,and improve the success rate of surgery.It has significant clinical application value and deserves to be vigorously promoted.
