胫骨横向骨搬移技术在糖尿病足治疗中的临床应用效果探讨

Clinical Application of Tibial Transverse Bone Transfer Technique in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

目的探讨胫骨横向骨搬移技术在糖尿病足治疗中的临床应用效果。方法在2018年1月-2019年1月间,选取骨科10例糖尿病足(Wagner分期3~4期)患者,均行胫骨横向骨搬移治疗,回顾分析其临床资料。结果针对所选取患者开展为期5~10个月的随访工作,全部患者的糖尿病足溃疡创面都已愈合(均保肢);患者治疗后远端皮温、视觉模拟评分(VAS)相比治疗前,均明显偏优(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病足患者,采用胫骨横向骨搬移技术治疗,效果好,能提高保肢率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tibial transverse bone transfer in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,10 patients with diabetic foot(Wagner stage 3-4)were selected and treated with tibial lateral bone transfer from orthopedice department.Results After 5-10 months follow-up,all the diabetic foot ulcers were healed(limb saving),and the distal skin temperature,ankle brachial index and visual analogue score(VAS)were significantly better than before(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic foot patients,the technique of tibial lateral bone transfer is effective,which can improve the rate of limb salvage.
