糖尿病术中输血对血糖浓度的影响

The Effect of Blood Transfusion on Blood Glucose Concentration During Diabetes Operation

目的研究糖尿病患者在术中接受输血,分析在此过程中患者的血糖浓度变化及对患者的影响。方法从该院2018年10月-2019年10月期间,前来门诊检查并收治入院进行手术治疗,且在术中接受输血的合并糖尿病患者作为该次研究活动的研究对象,共计80例,为该次活动的试验组。再从该院同时期进行手术,但却未患有糖尿病的患者共计80例,为此次活动的对照组。分析在此过程中患者的血糖浓度变化及对患者的影响。结果通过统计数据分析对比发现,在手术前期,试验组的患者血糖浓度为(7.19±0.18)mmol/L,对照组的患者血糖浓度为(4.17±0.13)mmol/L,两组数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在术中输血前,试验组的患者血糖浓度为(8.46±0.34)mmol/L,对照组的患者血糖浓度为(5.44±0.30)mmol/L,两组数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在输血后,试验组的患者血糖浓度为(12.67±0.12)mmol/L,对照组的患者血糖浓度为(7.80±0.24)mmol/L,两组数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者相比较,试验组的患者血糖浓度升高水平要比对照组患者的血糖浓度升高水平更高,两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过该次研究活动可知,在手术中向糖尿病患者输送血液,会使患者的血糖浓度升高,所以在对糖尿病患者进行术中输血时,医务人员务必要做好患者因输血而导致血糖升高的应急措施,这有利于手术质量的提高,也有助于减少患者在术中出现并发症,对于临床医学有着十分重要的意义和价值。

Objective To study the blood transfusion of diabetic patients during operation,and to analyze the change of blood glucose concentration and its influence on the patients.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019 in the hospital,patients with diabetes mellitus who came to the clinic for examination and admitted to the hospital for surgical treatment and received blood transfusion during the operation were taken as the research objects of this research activity,80 cases in total,as the experimental group of this activity.In addition,80 patients who underwent surgery from our hospital at the same period but did not have diabetes were the control group.Analyze the patient’s blood glucose concentration change and the patient’s influence during the second process.Results through statistical data analysis and comparison,it was found that the blood glucose concentration in the experimental group was(7.19±0.18)mmol/L in the early stage of operation,and that in the control group was(4.17±0.13)mmol/L.there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before blood transfusion,the blood glucose concentration in the experimental group was(8.46±0.34)mmol/L,and that in the control group was(5.44±0.30)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After blood transfusion,the blood glucose concentration of the experimental group was(12.67±0.12)mmol/L,and that of the control group was(7.80±0.24)mmol/L.the data of the two groups were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the blood glucose level of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Through this research activity,it can be seen that the blood glucose concentration of patients will be increased when delivering blood to diabetic patients during the operation.Therefore,when carrying out intraoperative blood transfusion for diabetic patients,medical staff must take emergency measures to improve the quality of operation and reduce the complications of patients during the operation Clinical medicine has very important significance and value.
