血液透析联合灌注治疗糖尿病合并尿毒症患者的护理效果观察研究

Observation on Nursing Effect of Hemodialysis Combined with Perfusion in the Treatment of Diabetic Patients with Uremia

目的探讨研究血液透析联合灌注治疗糖尿病合并尿毒症患者的护理效果。方法以2016年3月-2019年4月为时间段,选择该院透析室收治的38例糖尿病合并尿毒症患者,且将其随机分成对照组、研究组,每组19例。所有病例给予血液透析联合灌注治疗,其中对照组配合常规护理,而研究组配合综合护理。对比观察患者并发症,并且调查护理满意度。结果并发症统计,研究组1例,对照组3例,研究组发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组[(92.41±4.82)分vs(86.31±5.81)分],组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理干预后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖值低于对照组,两组数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并尿毒症,血液透析联合灌流治疗中,配合综合护理的作用显著。

Objective To study the nursing effect of hemodialysis combined with perfusion in the treatment of diabetic patients with uremia.Methods From March 2016 to April 2019,38 patients with diabetes mellitus and uremia were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group with 19 cases in each group.All patients were given hemodialysis combined with perfusion treatment,in which the control group with routine care,while the study group with comprehensive care.The complications of the patients were compared and the nursing satisfaction was investigated.Rresults The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group[(92.41±4.82)points vs(86.31±5.81)points].The fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the data in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with uremia,hemodialysis combined with perfusion,combined with comprehensive nursing has a significant effect.
