优质护理干预对ICU颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者的应用效果

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Patients with ICU Craniocerebral Injury and Diabetes

目的对比研究ICU颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者采取优质护理干预的效果。方法选入该次研究的50例患者均是该院2018年11月-2019年11月收治的ICU颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者,采用信封抽签法平均分组,观察组与对照组分别采取优质护理和常规护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较对照组,观察组干预后生活自理能力及智力状态评分更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者采取优质护理干预,能够控制患者血糖水平,提升患者生活自理能力,保证护理效果,加快预后恢复效果,有临床实践价值。

Objective To compare the effect of quality nursing intervention for patients with craniocerebral injury and diabetes in ICU.Methods The 50 Patients selected in this study were all ICU patients with craniocerebral injury and diabetes admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019.The patients were divided into two groups by envelope lottery.The observation group and the control group were given high-quality nursing care and routine nursing care respectively,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of self-care ability and intelligence state of the observation group was higher after intervention,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for patients with craniocerebral injury combined with diabetes in ICU can control patients’blood glucose level,improve their self-care ability,ensure the nursing effect,and accelerate the recovery effect of prognosis,which has clinical practice value.
