骨科糖尿病足合并特异性感染截趾术的护理配合分析

Analysis of Nursing Cooperation in Amputation of Diabetic Ffoot with Specific Infection

目的探讨骨科糖尿病足合并特异性感染截趾术的护理配合。方法纳入2016年7月-2019年7月该院收治的60例骨科糖尿病足合并特异性感染患者,按照奇偶数分组模式将其分成两组。两组均采用截趾术治疗,对照组30例开展常规护理,而在此基础上研究组30例开展围术期护理配合干预,比较两组的干预效果。结果对比干预前,干预后两组患者的负面情绪评分均有所下降(P<0.05),且干预后研究组患者的负面情绪评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨科糖尿病足合并特异性感染患者截趾术期间开展有效的围术期护理配合有助于减轻不良情绪,并降低手术并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the nursing cooperation of foot amputation for patients with orthopaedic diabetic foot complicated with specific infection.Methods 60 patients with orthopaedic diabetic foot complicated with specific infection were enrolled from July 2016 to July 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the pattern of odd and even numbers.The two groups were treated by toe amputation,30 patients in control group were given routine nursing care,and 30 patients in study group were given perioperative nursing care and intervention.Results Before and after the intervention,the negative emotion score of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the negative emotion score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective perioperative nursing cooperation during toe amputation in patients with orthopaedic diabetic foot complicated with specific infection can help to relieve the bad mood and reduce the incidence of surgical complications.
