高血压脑出血合并糖尿病患者术后护理干预研究

Postoperative Nursing Intervention of Patients with Hhypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage and Diabetes Mellitus

目的探析高血压脑出血合并糖尿病患者术后接受护理干预的临床效果。方法该院从2019年1-11月所收治高血压脑出血合并糖尿病患者当中随机选取50例来作为分析和研究的实验对象,采用数字随机表法将其分为两组,25例/组。对照组和观察组分别实施常规护理及护理干预,并通过比较两组的护理效果来得出结论。结果①空腹和餐后2 h的血糖值,观察组比起对照组来说显著较低(P<0.05);②术后所需的恢复时长及术后住院的时长,观察组比起对照组来说较短(P<0.05)。③术后并发症发生率,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④对护理的满意程度,观察组的满意指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。⑤护理过后的正常生活质量,观察组对于生活质量的评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血合并糖尿病患者实施术后护理干预有积极意义,可进一步推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of postoperative nursing intervention for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes mellitus.Methods 50 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the hospital from January to November 2019 were divided into two groups,25 cases/group.Routine nursing and nursing intervention were carried out in the control group and the observation group respectively to compare the nursing effect.Results The fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose values were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);second,the recovery time required after surgery and the length of hospitalization in the observation group compared with the control group Said shorter(P<0.05).Third,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);third,satisfaction with nursing,the satisfaction index of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Fourth,the normal quality of life after nursing,the observation group scored higher quality of life than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It has a positive significance to carry out postoperative nursing intervention for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes,which can be further popularized.
