糖尿病合并下肢动脉狭窄闭塞患者行介入治疗的护理研究

目的探讨糖尿病合并下肢动脉狭窄闭塞患者行介入治疗的护理效果。方法选择2018年10月-2019年9月该院收治的糖尿病合并下肢动脉狭窄闭塞患者128例作为研究对象,运用数字随机法分为对照组和观察组各64例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受循证护理,比较两组患者护理前后的血糖指标和护理满意度。结果护理前两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理后观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能够有效改善糖尿病合并下肢动脉狭窄闭塞患者的血糖指标,提高患者对护理工作的满意度评价。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of interventional therapy for patients with diabetes complicated with lower extremity arterial stenosis and occlusion.Methods From October 2018 to September 2019,128 patients with diabetes and lower extremity arterial stenosis and occlusion treated in this hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into a control group and an observation group with 64 cases each.The control group received routine nursing and observation The group received evidence-based nursing and compared the blood glucose indexes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results There was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin index between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05),and fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin index in the observation group after nursing Both were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group after nursing was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the blood glucose index of patients with diabetes and lower extremity arterial stenosis and occlusion,and improve the satisfaction evaluation of patients with nursing work.
