精细化护理在乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后的护理效果和价值分析

Analysis on the Effect and Value of Nursing Care in Postoperative nursing of Breast Cancer Patients with Diabetes

目的分析精细化护理在乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后中的应用价值。方法择取于该院诊治的乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者96例,纳入时间自2018年7月-2019年7月。根据护理内容不同分组为参照组、研究组,参照组患者施行常规护理,研究组则在参照组基础上行精细化护理干预。对比两组乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者的血糖水平、情绪状态、依从性及生活质量。结果研究组患者经干预后各血糖指标水平显著低于参照组,依从性评分、SF-36评分显著高于参照组,HAMA、HAMD评分显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论施行精细化护理干预能有效改善乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后情绪、依从性、血糖水平及生活质量,价值显著。

Objective To analyze the application value of fine nursing in postoperative patients with breast cancer complicated with diabetes.Methods 96 cases of breast cancer patients with diabetes diagnosed and treated in the hospital were included from July 2018 to July 2019.According to different nursing contents,the patients were divided into the reference group and the research group,and the patients in the reference group received routine nursing care,while the research group received refined nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.Blood glucose level,mood state,compliance and quality of life of breast cancer patients with diabetes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the blood glucose levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the compliance score and sf-36 score were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the HAMA and HAMD scores were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out fine nursing intervention can effectively improve postoperative mood,compliance,blood glucose level and quality of life of patients with breast cancer complicated with diabetes,with significant value.
