关节镜清理、拉伸运动联合中药电熨治疗膝骨性关节炎

Arthroscopic debridement,stretching exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的观察关节镜清理、拉伸运动联合中药电熨治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法100例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(30例)、观察1组(30例)、观察2组(40例)。对照组患者给予关节镜清理治疗,观察1组患者给予关节镜清理、拉伸运动治疗,观察2组患者给予关节镜清理、拉伸运动联合中药电熨治疗。比较三组患者的关节僵硬程度、关节活动度及疼痛程度。结果术后4周、术后8周、术后6个月,三组患者的关节僵硬程度评分、关节活动度比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察2组患者的关节僵硬程度评分低于对照组及观察1组,观察1组患者的关节僵硬程度评分低于对照组;观察2组患者的关节活动度大于对照组及观察1组,观察1组患者的关节活动度大于对照组;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后4周、术后8周、术后6个月,三组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察2组术后4周、术后8周、术后6个月的VAS评分分别为(2.36±0.72)、(2.11±0.54)、(1.97±0.51)分,均低于观察1组的(3.67±0.85)、(3.06±0.48)、(2.89±0.62)分及对照组的(4.82±0.59)、(4.03±0.39)、(3.91±0.52)分,观察1组的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜清理、拉伸运动联合中药电熨治疗膝骨性关节炎,可有效促进患者临床症状的改善及膝关节功能的恢复,提高疗效,临床价值显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic debridement,stretching exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 100 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients as study subjects were randomly divided into control group(30 cases),observation group 1(30 cases)and observation group 2(40 cases).The control group was treated with arthroscopic debridement,observation group 1 was treated with arthroscopic debridement and stretching exercise,and observation group 2 was treated with arthroscopic debridement,stretching exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing.The joint stiffness,joint mobility and pain degree of the three groups were compared.Results 4 weeks,8 weeks and 6 months after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in joint stiffness score and joint mobility among the three groups(P<0.05).The joint stiffness score of observation group 2 was lower than that of control group and observation group 1,and observation group 1 was lower than that of control group;the joint mobility of observation group was greater than that of control group and observation group 1,and observation group 1 was greater than that of control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 weeks,8 weeks and 6 months after operation,there was statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score among the three groups(P<0.05).4 weeks,8 weeks and 6 months after operation,VAS score of observation group 2 was(2.36±0.72),(2.11±0.54)and(1.97±0.51)points respectively,which was lower than that of observation group 1[(3.67±0.85),(3.06±0.48)and(2.89±0.62)points]and control group[(4.82±0.59),(4.03±0.39),(3.91±0.52)points],and observation group 1 was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement,stretching exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and the recovery of knee joint function and improve the curative effect.It contains significant clinical value.
