摘要
目的评价小儿迁延性腹泻行布拉酵母菌配合锌制剂治疗的可行性,为小儿迁延性腹泻药物治疗工作提供参考。方法120例迁延性腹泻患儿,采取随机法将所有患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用布拉酵母菌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合锌制剂治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、不良反应(恶心、呕吐、头晕)发生情况以及免疫功能指标水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率98.33%高于对照组的80.00%,不良反应发生率6.67%低于对照组的25.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后CD4+(40.50±4.05)%、CD4+/CD8+(1.75±0.25)高于对照组的(35.90±3.20)%、(1.36±0.10),CD8+(23.20±3.30)%低于对照组的(26.35±3.10)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基础常规治疗的基础上配合应用布拉酵母菌、锌制剂治疗小儿迁延性腹泻预后效果更佳且安全性高。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of treating children’s persistent diarrhea with Saccharomyces boulardii and zinc preparation,as as to provide reference for the drug treatment of children’s persistent diarrhea.Methods A total of 120 children with persistent diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii,and the observation group was treated with zinc preparation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions(nausea,vomiting,dizziness)and immune function index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 98.33%of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and incidence of adverse reactions 6.67%was lower than that of the control group 25.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+(40.50±4.05)%and CD4+/CD8+(1.75±0.25)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(35.90±3.20)%and(1.36±0.10),and CD8+(23.20±3.30)%was lower than that of the control group(26.35±3.10)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of basic routine treatment,Saccharomyces boulardii and zinc preparations has a better prognosis and high safety for the treatment of children with persistent diarrhea.
