化痰逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

Observation of effect of Huatan Zhuyu decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的分析冠心病心绞痛应用化痰逐瘀汤治疗的临床效果。方法90例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予麝香保心丸治疗,观察组给予化痰逐瘀汤治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后心绞痛发作频率、疼痛持续时间。结果治疗前,两组心绞痛发作频率及疼痛持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组心绞痛发作频率(2.01±0.13)次/周少于对照组(4.24±0.45)次/周,疼痛的持续时间(2.75±0.23)min/次短于对照组的(3.03±0.34)min/次,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用化痰逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛,其在改善心绞痛发作次数、疼痛持续时间及治疗效果方面极为显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huatan Zhuyu decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pill,and the observation group was treated with Huatan Zhuyu decoction.The clinical efficacy,frequency of angina pectoris and duration of pain before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in frequency of angina pectoris and duration of pain between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,frequency of angina pectoris(2.01±0.13)times/week of the observation group was less than that of the control group(4.24±0.45)times/week,and duration of pain(2.75±0.23)min/time was shorter than that of the control group(3.03±0.34)min/time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.78%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,Huatan Zhuyu decoction is extremely significant in improving the frequency of angina pectoris,the duration of pain and the treatment effect.
