Discussion on the Organization Building and Activity Development of the Young Pioneers in Micro Schools

随着我国城镇化建设脚步的加快,农村学校越来越空心化了,学生的数量越来越少了,微型学校一个班级就几个学生,少先队组织建设就是一个问题。学校少先队是学校文化的重要组成部分,体现了一个学校的办学特色。所以,少先队活动主题教育不能缺少,适当的时候学校可以结合当地的教学资源,开展一些丰富多彩的活动,对学生进行爱国主义教育,提高他们的综合文化素质。

With the acceleration of urbanization in my country,rural schools are becoming hollower,and the number of students is getting smaller and smaller,there are only a few students in one class of a micro-school,and the organization of young pioneers is a problem.The young pioneers are an important part of the school culture,which embodies the characteristics of a school.Therefore,the theme education of the young pioneers activities cannot be lacking,when appropriate,it can combine the local teaching resources and carry out some colorful activities to provide patriotism education for students,to improve their overall cultural quality.
