摘要
自第三代DCS诞生至今,其总体的网络架构已基本稳定,技术创新主要集中在控制层和设备层连接的现场数据的采集和接线方式上,如智能仪表、FF总线技术和电子布线技术,并达到了提高系统可靠性、降低项目和运维成本的目的.在介绍DCS的发展历史、现状和发展趋势的基础上,介绍了电子布线技术的概念、工作原理及特点,并与常规DCS接线技术进行对比,分析了两种典型电子布线技术应用的成功案例,并进一步阐述了电子布线技术和DCS的后续应用和发展的方向.
Since the birth of the third generation DCS,its overall network architecture has been stabilized.Technological innovation has focused on the field data collection and wiring connection mode of the control layer and the equipment layer,such as intelligent instrumentation,FF technology and electronic marshalling technology.Technological innovation has achieved the goal of improving system reliability,reducing the cost of proj ect operation and maintenance.Based on the introduction of development history,current situation and development trend of DCS,the concept,working principle and characteristics of electronic marshalling technology is introduced,electronic marshalling technology and conventional DCS wiring technology is compared.The success cases of two typical marshalling technology applications are analyzed.The electronic marshalling technology and the subsequent application and development direction of DCS are further elaborated.
